We are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefit and as a convenience to you, will directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment. However, please keep in mind that your dental insurance policy is a contract between your employer and the insurance carrier to which we are not a party to, therefore it is the patient who is ultimately responsible for payment. You should also be aware that dental insurance does not always cover all services to the same extent. There are hundreds of plans and each one is unique in it’s scope and coverage.
